1. When will my order ship and how long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. For customers in the US and Europe, standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your Christmas tree leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your home.
2. What is your return and exchange policy?
We want your holidays to be magical, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your ZMF Christmas tree, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The tree must be in its original condition and packaging. Simply contact our support team at support@zmfchristmastree.com to initiate the process.
3. Are ZMF Christmas trees easy to assemble?
Absolutely! We designed our trees for an effortless setup. Most of our models come in 3 lightweight sections with durable hinged branches that automatically drop into place. All you need to do is unfold the sturdy metal stand, stack the sections from bottom to top, and plug it in (for pre-lit models). You will be ready to decorate in minutes!
4. How do I make my tree look as full and lush as the pictures?
The secret to a perfect, lifelike tree is "fluffing." Because the branches are compressed tightly for safe shipping, they need to be shaped out of the box. We recommend spending 30-45 minutes gently separating and fanning out each individual branch tip in different directions. Start from the bottom section and work your way up to achieve that rich, voluminous look.
5. Do your pre-lit trees come with a warranty?
Yes, we stand behind the premium quality of our products. All ZMF Christmas trees come with a 3-year structural warranty on the foliage and metal stand, as well as a 1-year warranty on all pre-installed LED string lights. If you experience any technical issues, our dedicated customer service team is always here to provide a quick solution.
